OK... I realize that this post is a little redundant. I'm just really enjoying strawberry picking season. I was supposed to be off today. What started out as a plan for working a couple of hours ended up being nearly a whole day. I left at 3:00pm, went to my little barber by Fort Campbell and then drove south to the strawberry farm. The are still tons of berries and it didn't long to get my $9 worth. My plan was to make some strawberry tea bread and strawberry muffins. Picking is such a relaxing activity, I may try making strawberry preserves. I've never done that. I'll make any excuse to go back out there for some fun in the sun.
